1	Constant	Yes	4-160Hz Adjustable
2	Abrupt	Yes	4-80Hz Adjustable. The beat frequency adjusts from 100% – 200% in 1 second, and then back in 1 second, total cycle time is 2 seconds. The selectable beat frequency ranges between 4 ~ 80Hz (8 – 160 Hz) with steps of 4 Hz.
3	Abrupt	Yes	4-80Hz Adjustable. The beat frequency adjusts from 100% –200% in 8 seconds, and then back in 8 seconds, total cycle time is 16 seconds. The selectable beat frequency ranges between 4 ~ 80Hz (8 – 160 Hz) with steps of 4 Hz.
4	Sweep	Yes	4-160Hz Adjustable. The intensity increases gradually from the set value in 10 seconds, and then reduces in 10 seconds, total cycle time is 20 seconds.
