We do our best to fulfill and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed for in-stock items normally ship out within 24 hours. You will be notified if anything is on backorder. 

Shipping Policy

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $250 within the province of Ontario. Certain items are excluded due to size or weight, or shipping to remote locations. A representative will notify you of any changes before we ship your order.

Outside Ontario we ship via the courier with the best rate to your location to provide the most economical service possible. If you have questions about the shipping rates shown for on-line orders, please call us and a representative will provide you with the best rate possible.

Damaged Goods

We take the utmost care to ensure your goods arrive safely and in excellent condition. If the shipment arrives and the box/package appears damaged:

Make a note of exception on the waybill or delivery bill and have the shipper acknowledge the damage.

Save the box/package for further inspection. Inspect the contents of the shipment and notify a customer service representative at Medelco.

You will receive further information on what to do with the order.

Damaged shipments should be reported within 2 days of receipt.

If the shipment was received, however the damage was not obvious at the time of delivery:

Call and speak to a customer service representative at Medelco. 

Save the box/package for further inspection.
