Returns

It is our goal for you to be 100% satisified with your purchase. 

• If there was an error in the items you received, please call Medelco customer service immediately.

• Before returning any items you must first contact Medelco to receive a return authorization.

• All items returned must be in their original packaging and received in new and resellable condition. Items will be inspected by Medelco before any credit is issued.

• For items that cannot be resold, it is at Medelco’s discretion if a return will be accepted

• For non-stock and special-order items, a minimum of a 15% restocking fee will apply and is subject to prior approval by Medelco.
